About Author

Life is a continuous journey of discovery and my work has revolved around my love of nature, beauty, food, health and achieving optimal wellness. I grew up in an entrepreneurial family of farmers who worked the land and knew how to grow things; small business owners who knew the meaning of hard-work and taking risks. I consider myself a free thinker, courageous, inspired and creative, resilient and willing to take risks to achieve my dreams. 

From my parents and grandparents, I learned to love nature and to respect the land ––where I live. I have enjoyed a diverse lifestyle; living in the Rocky Mountains, Hawaiian Islands and Sonoran Desert, an interesting path that has enriched the gifts I have inherited along the way.  

I have traveled throughout the US and to more than 33 countries in 5 continents and have an appreciation for the vast diversity of the world we live in, with a deep understanding of life’s emotional challenges. I love meeting people and am passionate about helping them connect with nature!
